Reports

The Scheduling Optimizer generates a set of reports each time it runs. The loading reports provide a quick snapshot of the current simulation results. The Analysis reports help you analyze the master schedule or the student course requests. View and navigate these reports in your browser (Internet Explorer or FireFox).

Loading Reports

Simulation Loading Summary: Scheduled and unscheduled student totals.

Simulation Run Log: Messages generated during the simulation.

Master Schedule Lists: Views of master schedule classes and loading totals in list format.

Master Schedule Grids: Views of master schedule classes and loading totals in grid ( matrix) format).

Unscheduled Period Summaries: Period totals of students with no class scheduled.

Resource Schedule Grids: Individual teacher and room schedules in grid format.

Free Resource Reports: Free teachers and rooms in both list and grid formats.

Request Conflict Pairs: Concise paragraph style conflict matrix showing total requests for each course pair.

Course Request Tallies: Student request totals and subtotals for each course.
